If I had known about this earlier, I would have gotten rid of back pain long ago without strong painkillers and aggressive workouts at the gym.

How to Get Rid of Back Pain at Home?

90% of clients who came to me with back pain described their condition as follows:

  •  "The pain slows me down, I can't do simple everyday tasks as easily as before."

  • "When I do household chores, I start to feel pain in my back."

  •  "Sometimes it even hurts to lie in bed, not to mention any simple activities."

Some of them had already tried to solve their problem on their own and made three common mistakes that actually worsened and prolonged their back pain.

Mistake 1

Going to the gym hoping that strength training will help alleviate the pain. Physical activity at the gym is great! However, for a painful back, you need to choose gentler and more cautious exercises in order not to worsen the condition of your back. Proper technique is also crucial, which is often neglected during exercises. In the end, you could strain your back even more.

Mistake 2

Taking strong pain-relieving tablets. Yes, this method will relieve the pain, but only temporarily. Remember, these are potent medications that can negatively affect the stomach and lead to dependency. Abusing painkillers increases the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Mistake 3

Relying on massage and physiotherapy as a panacea. Yes, these methods do help alleviate the pain, but only temporarily, often for just a few days. Afterward, the back pain returns because massage and physiotherapy address the symptoms, not the root cause of the pain. Physiotherapy can be an excellent complement to yoga therapy, enhancing its effects and building upon them.

Yoga Therapy - the key to a healthy spine.

Yoga therapy involves physical practices that aim to improve posture, strengthen the core, muscles, and address other musculoskeletal issues.

You might think: "Why go for yoga therapy? Isn't it better to see a doctor?"

I completely understand your hesitations toward something new and unfamiliar, but I would like to share with you the story of my client Michelle...

Michelle was no exception. At the first signs of back pain, she thought it was due to her sedentary job and decided to join a gym, where she ended up injuring her back

She then booked a massage, but the relief only lasted a couple of days. Sometimes, the next day, she would experience intense back pain that even radiated to her head. The headaches made her irritable and constantly fatigued.

Later, Michelle learned about me from a friend who had been helped by yoga therapy.

In Michelle's words: "Nothing was working for me, and I decided to give yoga therapy a try."

And here's what Michelle has to say after attending my yoga therapy sessions!

I believe these testimonials fully demonstrate the effectiveness of yoga therapy.

Therefore:

  • If you're tired of constant back and joint pain,

  • If even simple household tasks leave you drained,

  • If your sleep quality has worsened, and it hurts to lie in bed,

THERE'S ANOTHER WAY!

  • To have a body as flexible as it was in your 20s every single day,

  • To live without pain, with more energy for your children, family, work, hobbies,
